This Is What I'm Talking About...

Post by Pale Rider on Tue Aug 19, 2008 2:51 pm

Just got this pic emailed to me the other day. This is the latest build of my old friend back in Wisconsin where I'm moving back to. Hell... I can't wait to get back there and get my own shit set up, then I'm going to build a chopper of my own.

I love the old school and the pan heads like Ronny's bike above, but I'll build something that will look a whole lot more like this...

You'd think the high gas prices would cause there to be MORE riders, not less. At least that's the case around here. Reno Harley Davidson where I used to work can't hardly keep used bikes around. When they used to have around a hundred used bikes for sale, now they have five or six. There's more bikes around Reno now than I've ever seen, of every make, shape and size. I love it. It makes car drivers more aware that they're around with more of them.

Next month, September, Reno has it's huge big event called Street Vibrations. It gets bigger every year, and they expect a record turn out this year. It's a good time. I'll be sure to take pictures of stuff to post here.
