DVD or Theater

I heard this movie kicks ass and I am a HUGE Batman fan but I am still going to wait for video for this movie. The reason, I hate going to movie theaters. I can't stand the crowds, the people who bring their whiny ass kids, or the people who talk during the movie. I like to be able to stop the movie and take a break without missing anything and I don't have to wait in line to get a crappy seat covered in goo.

DVD! I've got roughly $5,500 invested in my home theater. I did that because I hate going to theaters too. The ass wad behind you kicking your seat, people talking, often it's too loud, the seat gets real uncomfortable, etc.. Yeah.... I wait until it comes out on Blu-ray.

Works for me. I'm going to have to look into the home theater systems as well.

I get a lot of good out of mine. Movies are kick ass...

It's a 56" JVC full 1080p TV, a Pioneer THX Select2 receiver, and Samsung BDP-1400 Blu-ray player, an Infinity Interlude 36c center channel speaker, and my beloved Cerwin Vega CLS-12's front left and right with their little brothers CLS-6.5's for surround. Shit will shake the concrete floor in this apartment. Course the Pioneer is a 7.1 channel amp with 980 watts of eviction notice power.
