Grilled Pizza With Pears, Fresh Pecorino, and Walnuts



Ingredients

Crusts:
1 1/4 cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)
Pinch of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 3/4 cups (or more) bread flour, divided

Toppings:
12 ounces Brinata or aged Manchego cheese
2 pears (about), halved, cored, very thinly sliced
2/3 cup walnut pieces, coarsely broken
Freshly cracked black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil

Ya know.... after you start doing shit like this.... just because you put that crap on a pizza crust does NOT make it a PIZZA.

Preparation where? Hello?

Tonight it's vegetarian pasta salad. Fettucini, 3 peppers, scallions, carrots, broccoli, and garlic. A bit of toasted sesame oil and cumin. Salt & pepper. Breadsticks. Heart healthy and yummy.

You know....That sounds awfully yummy. However I wouldnt call it a pizza. It sounds more like a french tart. Not to be confused with the sweet confections we call them in America.
