A 10-day ICE operation in Pennsylvania and Delaware netted 75 fugitive aliens and 44 other immigration violators, according to an ICE press release. Of these, 38 had criminal histories that included offensive touching and assault of a child, forgery, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and narcotics violations. The arrestees came from countries around the globe including El Salvador, Indonesia, Mauritania and Mexico.

An immigration fugitive is an alien who has failed to depart the United States under court order. The arrested fugitive aliens are subject to criminal prosecution and immediate removal from the U.S. The other immigration violators arrested during this operation who have not already been ordered removed, have been charged with immigration violations and placed into removal proceedings. They await hearings before an immigration judge.

ICE Arrests 80 Transnational Gang Members in Massachusetts

ICE in partnership with state and local law enforcement across Massachusetts has arrested 55 permanent residents and 25 illegal aliens involved in gang activity in the state. The four-day operation was part of ICE’s Operation Community Shield initiative, which targets violent transnational street gangs. ICE plans to deport the illegal aliens and will attempt to remove the permanent residents based on their criminal histories.

An ICE press release indicated the arrestees represent 24 different transnational gangs, including Tiny Rascals, Bloods, Crips, 18th Street, MS-13 and the Deuce Boys. All had criminal records that included convictions for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery, Domestic, Larceny, Malicious Destruction of Property, Breaking and Entering. The gang members came from Barbados, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Columbia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Portugal, Trinidad and Vietnam.

The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) , long advocates for illegal aliens and amnesty, is suing the state of California to stop layoffs.
A severe budget deficit caused in large part by the cost of illegal immigration is forcing the state to layoff thousands, including members of the SEIU.
"These people are being hoisted on their own petard," said Glenn Spencer of the American Patrol Report. Spencer, who studied economics in college, said there is a reason economics is called the dismal science. "As I said in 1992, this was going to be the inevitable outcome of importing poverty into California." He said California now faces a dismal future because of "political terrorism" by the likes of the SEIU and the Los Angeles Times.
Spencer pointed out that the SEIU is part of the AFL/CIO and its head, John Sweeny, is on Barack Obama's economic advisory board. "A vote for Obama is a vote to Californicate the rest of America." Spencer said.

That's awesome I want more ICE and ICE RAIDS that clown here in Reno should have faced jail time but he got off with like a million dollar fine. I say he should have lost his business license for a year the first offense

Good luck getting the feds to do that. Sheriff Joe gave up and got his boys trained as ICE agents so they can do their own deportations. Seems to be working as illegals are leaving AZ in record numbers.

If we had a few thousand Sheriff Joes around the country, we wouldn't have this stinking illegal problem, and liberals galivanting around saying we can't deport them all would have to eat their fucking words, because YES we CAN!
